Fake data rooms / portals requesting credentials.
Unsolicited offers claiming guaranteed returns.

How to verify

Verify sender domains and confirm requests via a known phone number.
Use dual-control approval for any banking detail changes.
Request written confirmation and counter-signature for capital calls.
Never share passwords or MFA codes.
